成立于1980年的“中仪索尼技术服务中心”（以下简称“中心”）是中国首家并规模最大的为广播电视专业设备提供技术服务的国有企业。现中心已发展成为以北京为中心、在全国拥有四十余家地方维修站及两百多名专业技术人员的技术服务网络，为广大索尼用户提供全方位、专业化技术服务。

 

    Founded in 1980, INSTRIMPEX Sony Technical Service Center (hereinafter referred as Center), is the first and largest state-owned enterprise in China providing all-round technical service for professional radio & television equipments. Now the Center has developed into a service network which consists of near 40 service stations across China and takes Beijing service center as its headquarters. The network has about 200 professional technicians. 

 

    中心长期服务于以CCTV、BTV为代表的广电行业广大客户，并为全国“两会”、北京奥运会、央视春晚等一系列重大活动提供现场技术支持服务。

 

    The Center has offered services to a number of customers in broadcasting industry such as CCTV, BTV, and has provided technical support for National two sessions (NPC & CPPCC), Beijing Olympic Games, CCTV’s spring festival gala, etc.

    The Center’s main business scope is as follows:

 

    一、广电专业产品技术服务

 

    1. Technical service for professional radio & television equipments. 

 

    1、单机设备维修维护，例如摄像机、录像机、监视器、存储设备等。

 

    a. Repairing & maintenance for single device such as video camera, video recorder, monitor, storage device, etc.

 

    2、广电系统运维服务，例如演播室、转播车、切换台等。

 

    b. Operation & maintenance for broadcasting system such as broadcasting studio, OB Van, switcher, etc.

 

    3、重大活动现场技术支持，例如大型会议、运动会、展览会等。

 

    c. On site technical support for important event such as conference, sport games, exhibition, etc.

 

    4、演播室等拍摄场地的摄像机调整服务。

 

    d. Video camera adjustment in shooting site such as broadcasting studio. 

 

    5、多品牌维修服务，佳能、富士、利达、DNP、图瑞斯等。

 

    e. Repairing service for more brands’ devices such as Canon, FUJIFILM, Leader, DNP. 

 

    二、4K 数字影院设备技术服务

 

    2. Technical service for 4K digital cinema projector. 

 

    为索尼4K数字影院设备提供安装、维修、维护、培训、技术支持呼叫中心等一系列服务。

 

    For Sony 4K digital cinema projector, the Center provides a series of services including installation, repairing, maintenance, training and technical call center.

    中心以多种形式向不同用户提供设备的使用、维修、维护等技术培训服务：

 

    The Center provides a variety of technical training on operation, repairing and maintenance of devices for different customers.

 

    1、服务网络技术人员培训

 

    a. Training for technicians of service network. 

 

    为服务网络全国各维修站的技术人员提供新产品、新技术培训。

 

    Regularly providing training on latest products and technology for technicians of service network. 

 

    2、经销商培训

 

    b. Training for dealers

 

    为全国索尼经销商提供广电设备知识培训，以提高经销商技术水平和应对客户的能力，促进产品销售。 

 

    Providing training on knowledge of broadcasting devices for Sony’s dealers across China, so as to upgrade their technology and the ability of serving customers, and then promote sales. 

 

    3、索尼高清影视技术学院

 

    c. Sony High Definition Operation & Engineering Academy

 

    中心与索尼公司合作，通过“索尼高清影视技术学院”每年定期为各大省级电视台举办高清摄影技术培训。

 

    Via Sony High Definition Operation & Engineering Academy, the Center cooperates with Sony to regularly provide training on high-definition shooting technology for province-level TV stations. 

 

    4、中仪索尼高级技术长期研修班

 

    d. INSTRIMPEX Sony Long-term High-level Technical Training Class

 

    This class has great influence and unique feature in China’s broadcasting industry, and has fostered a number of high-level technical talents. Some trainees have taken important positions in TV stations. 

 

    在广电业内极具特色和影响力的“中仪索尼高级技术长期研修班”为我国广电行业培养了众多的高级技术人才。不少学员现已在许多电视台担任重要职务。

 

    四、零备件供应

 

    4. Spare parts supply

 

    1、作为海关信得过企业，中心与海关保持着良好的合作关系，以保税报关方式快捷、稳定地进口零备件。

 

    a. As a credit enterprise awarded by customs, the Center keeps smooth relation with customs, and quickly & stably imports spare parts by bonded customs-declaration. 

 

    2、规范的零备件管理、配送流程以及与全国各维修站的联网管理，确保零备件在24-48小时送达全国各维修站。

 

    b. Formulated spare parts management and delivery procedure, and network management with all branch service stations, these ensure that spare parts can be delivered to service stations across China within 24-48 hours.
